Kasol Riverside Camps

Kasol      |          Round the year

The Parvati Valley is one of the most picturesque places in the Himalayan region of Himachal Pradesh. In the midst of Parvati Valley, there is a beautiful hamlet in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh called KASOL. Located just 30km from Bhuntar and well connected with Manali, Delhi & Other cties, is a heaven for backpackers.

Kasol is situated near the banks of Parvati River and is known to be a mini Israel as many tourists from that country visit the place while some have even made it their home. Even many signboards here are written only in Hebrew.

Kasol is known to be ‘stoners’ paradise’. This is where some people come to get high on the openly available hash and marijuana, while others come here to relax or just chill out. From the hotel staff to roadside hawkers and even beggars, all of them had some ‘stuff’ on offer for tourists.

Kasol has some amazing cafes too, which not only serves delicious Israeli food but also continental and other international cuisines. The food is really very cheap. So, don’t forget to try these amazing cafes on your next visit.

There are few nearby villages across the river you can go for a walk for refreshing enviornment, like Kalga, Pulga, Rashol, Chalal & Malana (famous for its Malana Cream). Also you can opt for Kheerganga Trek (Read our previous story, and don’t forget to book with us for this trip & trek ). Places like Tosh and Manikaran Sahib is nearby as well.
